Holly Beals is a California Central Coast artist, where she lives with her husband and their two, energetic boys. Her paintings of people and places reflect simple, everyday moments, as she gathers inspiration from the beauty in her own backyard. Primarily working in acrylic – through the use of mark-making, collage and color theory – Holly loves to explore elements of texture, contrast and repetition in her paintings. With her first book in the works, Holly is always up for a conversation on spiritual faith, creativity and where the two overlap.
